The Slovakian forest buckwheat breakfast
You probably already know about my passionate apetite for buckwheat. This time it became part of my food when I was trekking and hiking in the mountains. Perfect for carrying, easy to cook, good for nourishing before your difficult trek and giving you enough energy to climb till the top!
- Fitness chocolate muesli bar
- Blueberries (freshly picked up from the forest)
Cook the buckwheat with a bit of salt for 15 mins. Chop the almonds, cut the muesli bar on pieces, add to the buckwheat and leave in the pot for ten more mins (no cooking). In the end add the blueberries. No sugar needed! Bon apetite and let´s go further!10 notes
